Milli Menninkainen

Milli Menninkäinen from the finnish children's series Rölli (though she may bear a resemblance to a certain lesbian elf from a game I also occasionally draw fanart of. not sure if she's an elf, too, exactly, but I won't object to her being a lesbian), on a request. 

This is also part of a palette challenge, using one out of what one online survey deemed the seven ugliest palettes people could think of (the one called "50 shades of baby food", to be specific). I think it turned out surprisingly nice, considering.
