The fox and the h... tanuki

An adorable drawing by ~AerieTigre which I thought looked a lot like a children's book illustration, so I coloured it as such.
Clap your hands if you believe in fairies it! that this looks totally like a scene out of a bedtime story Naruto would tell his (and Gaara's, because I'm a shipper) kids, complete with fairytaleish parallels of canon events concerning the progression of certain fox-host and tanuki-host's relationship.
